In addition to working with individuals, Judy does workshops on a variety of career transition, workplace adjustments and personal growth topics for groups of all sizes. An expert facilitator, Judy has a reputation for translating complex workshop content into easy to understand presentations, providing clients with potent and relevant takeaway points. She is a nurse by profession and holds a BSc in Nursing and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. She has also received extensive additional training in mediation, facilitation, meeting management and quality improvement implementation. For the last 18 years, Judy has consulted on a variety of interesting projects ranging from conference management, competency analysis, the development of learning plans for managers and executives, and facilitating numerous workshops. “I get a great deal of satisfaction from helping people make the transition from being suddenly unemployed and (at times) desperate, to being prepared, confident, and ready to pursue their career potential with renewed zeal and clarity of purpose.” Judy is married and has three smart and beautiful grand daughters. She loves spending time with her family – her daughter and her family in Edmonton, and her son and his family in Philadelphia. Judy enjoys spending time at her cottage in the Maritimes and enjoys travelling with her family to exotic locales as well as tried and true destinations like Disneyland and Hawaii. |
